According to Article No. 2 of Decree-Law No. 288 dated October 28, 2011 amending Law No. 65 of the Housing Act, dated December 23, 1988, refers to any natural person can only hold home ownership, shall not take the property of another house located in area for a relaxing break or holiday, the latter taking into account article No. 83.1 of the Decree, states that the ownership of the houses located in areas designated for rest or summer of their owners airs, in case of death of the owner, under the rules of the common inheritance law, there is here the possibility to transmit by exchange, donation or purchase, or if you can not buy another home in joint ownership.
