In cases of homes located in special areas or in high significance declared for tourism, for transmission, are concerned, the provisions of Article 83.1 of Decree-Law No. 288 dated October 28, 2011 amending the General Housing Law dated December 23, 1988 and the provisions of Article 81 shall also apply in cases of homes located in areas designated break or summer of their owners which will only be transferable by owner's death , so it is not possible to transmit here by exchange, donation or purchase, only airs the state for sale direct to the address whichever Municipal Housing where the property is located, as provided in Article 70.2 of that Decree Law 288.
