Good morning. PRE'm Cuban and I live in Ukraine. I know I can buy a house in Cuba, according to new housing law. My question is this: I can buy a house in Cuba and transfer ownership to my son who was born in Ukraine? As would be possible to make that step? thank you very much.
Certainly can purchase homes in Cuba by Sale but is forbidden to transfer it to a foreigner even in the case of a child, so there is no legal procedure corresponding to that action is intended to do.
The most feasible way to solve the problem is to begin to make arrangements for your child to get a residence permit in Cuba or be granted sometime Cuban nationality thus to acquire the rights of a national and may be subject to legal actions including those related to the acquisition of homes to live in these.
