My name is Carlos Garcia and I want to know if there is a possibility that the state will sell land for making a home and if possible what would be the procedure to follow. Should eventually legalize the purchase and sale of private land as stipulated people will know about it.
Well, on this question the Cuban government still does not sell land, only established in Article 17 of Law 65 of December 23, 1988, "Housing Act" giving land to individuals or plots by law perpetual surface through payment for this particular part of the value of that land, however at present it is not carried out and thus the Cuban government failed to deliver land under this concept, so do not count on now present a specific procedure to follow.
As for the last question when it will come into force new legislation the population has access to it through the media television, radio or print media and the state also has a Gazette which publishes all legal texts that come into force in our country and it is marketed in emails and bookstores.
