We rent comfortable 4 rooms in a residential house located in one of the best areas of Havana, Nuevo Vedado; Just in the middle of the city. A point from where you can get anywhere in minutes and 200m from the Viazul bus terminal.
A totally independent apartment on the upper level of the house; It has two spacious rooms with all the comforts (air conditioning, 32 "flat screen TVs, minibar, telephone, large closets and comfortable sets of double rooms), a shared bathroom (hot and cold water and hair dryer), kitchen- pantry, living-dining room, entrance hall and a large terrace of more than 200 m2 with a covered area of approximately 20 m2; ideal to enjoy your rest or share with friends.
Additionally, we have two rooms located on the main floor of the house, both with the same facilities as those described above and a private bathroom. Additional beds are available.
In all cases, you can enjoy the rest of the house facilities, such as: living room (36 m2), dining room (20 m2), kitchen (24 m2), covered terrace (22 m2) and much more; surrounded by charming gardens and greenery. The house has a parking area for two cars.
We provide a 24h-7 days a week cleaning service and personalized services upon request, such as: massages, manicures, hairdressing for men and women, dry cleaning and ironing of clothes, taxi service and / or experienced drivers; as well as many others. Kitchen services, counting on the high quality and experience of our staff and the chefs we work with for the preparation of breakfasts, meals and light foods, ideal for meetings of all kinds and for personal enjoyment. The house is protected 24 hours and at night we have a professional security guard.
