I rent for an indefinite long time - at least 1 year - in Guanabacoa, Corral Falso -Independencia-, 2 blocks from Miquito. I will not sell, nor will I move :-). Call Juana Maria at 793 6614 only from 9:00 am and until before 8:30 pm. She will be happy to assist you during these hours.

-Independent entrance, on one side of the house to which it belongs. It has an internal contact door with the house that remains closed.

-1 Newly built and tiled kitchen, a 2-burner gas hob and the balita, space under the plateau to store cauldrons and shelf space on top as well.
-1 new bath, finished with tiles with its complete bathroom set -new too- and its shower curtain
-Water all day. There is a natural water well and a water motor to automatically fill the tanks centrally in the house
-Good ventilation and security: Iron doors –with a gossip- and iron window, plus 2 small spaces upstairs with cellocia.
-There is a fenced space in the front, ideal to store 1 car, a truck, or whatever you have.
-There is a lot of tranquility and independence
-Although it does not fit into the rental, it can provide you with space on the land to hang clothes and a laundry room to wash outside the apartment. This is for our consideration.
-No air conditioning yet and no one knows when to put it on
-There is a phone in the house but we do not include it in the rent
I need to rent to a responsible, serious, calm and careful person or couple. I allow myself to choose who I rent as I seek security, comfort and continuity with whoever makes the contract.
