The house is on a second level, all of plate and masonry. Rooms 1 and 2, bathroom 1 and the hallway date from the 50s with a 4m prop, the rest of the house is current (2005). It is composed of living room, parlor, kitchen, dining room, service patio, 2 bathrooms, 3 rooms, 2 terraces (one in front of the avenue and the other at the back of the house). All spaces are large. Possesses 2 elevated tanks (one active and the other to be repaired), turbine (new installed this year), current 110 and 220 v with little impact, free roof, cistern 2.6 m in diameter and 1.8 m deep, water 24 hours of the day. The house does not have attached houses and due to its excellent location it is not exposed to polluting agents such as noise and carbon dioxide emissions from vehicles. It is very ventilated. The carpentry is made of cast aluminum and hard wood, the floors are mosaic and tile. The dining room and living room are at the height of the wall and the staircase is in half finished.
