The house measures 6.4 x 14.45 meters. Consisting of Portal (3.2 x 1.4), Room (3.2 x 3.4), Dining room (3.2 x 3.15), Kitchen with two tiles on both sides, with their closets with aluminum carpentry. Service yard (1.3 x 2.7) with a granite plateau, its laundry and tiled roof. Tiled bathroom (1.6 x 2.1), Three rooms (3.2 x 4) with their closets. At the end a terrace (6.4 x 1.65).
All the carpentry is aluminum.
It has no leakage problem and it is very difficult for it to have it, since the shape of the roof is a drop of two waters. And apart from the browning done on the roof (4cm thick), the two mantles are placed on the roof.
We have never had problems with water, since the biplanta has a rather large cistern. It is an area that rarely affects water and electricity.
