The house consists of entrance hall, large room, two rooms, tiled bathroom with all the new hydraulic installation, intermediate patio roofed with big sisterna, turbine and access stair to the plate, and large kitchen-dining room where the plateau is also tiled, the house is all of plate except the kitchen-dining room. There is no lack of water, in addition to the elevated system and tank comes water every day in the morning and afternoon. It is about 5 blocks from the park, by turning the Nazarene polyclinic.
The house has all that the floor of the room and the first room is made of cement but I leave the floor slabs (which are 50x50 cm granite).
The address is German between San Miguel and Nazareno # 263. It is an excellent area to live.
