Located in the "Sueño" neighborhood, one of the quietest and most central in Santiago de Cuba, a 5-minute walk from the Meliá Santiago hotel, the Maison and Ferreiro square
(exit for Siboney beach), 3 minutes from the Moncada Barracks, in another direction and 10 minutes, Plaza de Marte and Céspedes Park. Our neighborhood is passing
a must to and from the historic city center, suitable for visiting the noisy center by day and resting peacefully at night, with less noise
and less pollution.
It is two unified houses and one attached. On the left wing looking from the street and on the ground floor, there is Casa Confort (4 rooms), in the center also
on the ground floor Comfort Apartment (1 room) .In the right wing and on the first floor, Hostal 111 (3 rooms), kitchen and independent entrance connected to
the previous ones by the terrace. Together they constitute the Hostal Casa Confort with 8 rooms and capacity for 21 people.
ALL with private bathroom (8) (hot and cold water), shampoo, split air conditioning, safety box and mini-bar, windows in all rooms and
wall fan with remote.
Low level:
Room 1: double bed (160 cm), 2 people.
Bedroom 2: double bed, imitation wood veneered ceramic walls, 2 people and possibility of an extra bed.
Room 3: 2 beds, a double 160 cm and a double (140 cm), in addition to all the described comforts, 4 people.
Room 4: it is at the back of the house, away from the street, making it the quietest. Double bed and single bed (90 cm), 3 people.
Room 5: it is an apartment with kitchen and all the comforts, single and double bed 160 cm, 3 people.

The kitchen for rooms 1,2, 3 and 4 is located on the terrace and is available to guests, fully equipped, gas stove, microwave,
refrigerator, toaster, mixer, lasqueadora. You can also enjoy TV, music system, video, computer, play station.
Comfort Apartment was built in the center of the property, on the ground floor, consisting of a hall-kitchen-dining room, a room with a double bed and a bed
individual, split air conditioning, bathroom with hot and cold water, shampoo, fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, television, stereo, microwave.
It is suitable for the disabled.
Hostal 111 located in the right wing on the first floor, communicates with the rest of the hostel through the main terrace. It consists of 3 rooms, entrance and independent kitchen.
The furnished terrace, probably the largest of all the rental houses in Santiago, is set with lush plants, from there you can see the hotel
"Meliá Santiago de Cuba" and a church from the beginning of the century (Iglesia Bautista "El Salvador"), also the Moncada Barracks, also the Sierra Maestra. Place
peaceful, suitable for resting, relaxing, lying in the hammock, reading, listening to music, taking a breath and some snacks, using the grill,
eat "Outdoors" and watch the sunset. We serve breakfasts and dinners there. Kitchen and additional bathroom. We provide special "creole food" service with
"roast pork" upon request. In the month of July carnivals are celebrated, this is one of the streets selected for said event which can observe
comfortably from the terrace.
