We rent a complete and modern apartment, totally independent and very private, renting KEY IN HAND TO THE GUEST, exclusively for him, being the owner of the same without having to live with anyone, neither other guests nor with us the owners, with total privacy and independence , and with a privileged location in the heart of Havana.
The place where it is located is exceptionally central, in front of the luxurious Hotel Capri, just meters from the famous National Hotel of Cuba, the Hotel Habana Libre, the Malecon Habanero, the Building Centro Comercial FOCSA, (as you can see in the photo that we attach an aerial view of Havana where the building in which the apartment is located is indicated, where you can see how central it is located); In other words, Vedado is the best place in Havana, but it is big, and within Vedado there are different areas, some better than others. And our apartment is located in the best and most central area of Vedado, which is known as: "LA RAMPA", where all the best and most central of Vedado is found, having the apartment the characteristic of: being exceptionally centrally located, offering a lot of privacy, tranquility, independence, silence and calm.
In this area there are multiple rooms to rent living with the owners or with other guests, however there are few apartments, as is the case of ours, which are rented completely turnkey to the guest, the entire apartment exclusively for him, being able to thus enjoy complete independence and privacy.
The apartment is spacious, fresh, ventilated and illuminated, with large windows to open space where the closest buildings are fifty meters away (FOCSA Building and Shopping Center, the large and tall building that is seen in the attached photo and that identifies Havana in the world, it is fifty meters away), so it offers a beautiful view of the sky and trees within the most central area of Havana.
Fully furnished, it has its own private landline whose number is told to the guest and only he knows it, it has a two-door refrigerator, hot and cold water 24 hours with automatic heater and it has a living room, dining room, large kitchen equipped with everything what is necessary to prepare food, the spacious 5 × 4 meter room with a spacious closet, harmoniously furnished and decorated, air-conditioned with a powerful air conditioning (1 ton) and ceiling fan, double bed, additional personal bed upon request of the guest, LED touch night lamp with adjustable light intensity, and the bathroom is adjacent to the room, modern and comfortable, with hot and cold water 24 hours.
They are also offered to the guest: hangers, iron, combs and hair dryer.
Aparthotel services are offered: cleaning, linen change (full bedding and five towels) with the frequency that the guest wishes, plus toilet soap and toilet paper.
Our apartment is on the first floor, which is very good because it has a nice view of the surroundings when it is elevated, as well as more privacy, ventilation and other advantages, but not too high, the guest is not obliged to use the elevator although YES there is an elevator in the building. You can access your apartment via a short, wide 16-step staircase from the entrance lobby. And another fact is that there are only three apartments on the floor: the guest's apartment, ours and another one nobody lives in. There are no children or animals, and the entrance door to the building's lobby remains locked only for those who live in it: of course, the guest will have their own to enter the building freely.
Our guest also has the comfort of, just by crossing the street, enjoying the Cafeteria of the Hotel Capri, with breakfast service, in case you prefer not to prepare it in your apartment.
The guest therefore has and enjoys a complete apartment exclusively for him, since nobody lives in it. You do not have to follow the rules of a house, you can enter and leave at any time you want, you are free to receive visits, smoke, drink, listen to music and, in short, all the LEGAL activities you want and when you like, you are in total privacy , free and independent.
And like us, the owners, we live in another apartment in the same building, our guest has privacy and that is our fundamental premise: never knock on the door or disturb us even though we are close. Whenever you need us, at the request of the guest calling us by phone or knocking on our door at any time, you can count on our help.
