The apartment is spacious, fresh, ventilated and illuminated, with large windows, fully furnished, has its own private landline telephone, has a two-door refrigerator, hot and cold water 24 hours with automatic heater and has a living room, dining room, large kitchen equipped, the spacious 5 × 4 meter room with large closet, harmoniously furnished and decorated, heated with a powerful air conditioner and ceiling fan, double bed, additional personal bed upon request, LED light intensity night lamp adjustable, and the bathroom is adjacent to the room, modern and comfortable, with hot and cold water 24 hours.
Our apartment is on the first floor, the guest is not obliged to use the elevator, although there IS an elevator in the building. You can access it by a wide and short staircase from the entrance lobby. The entrance door to the building's lobby remains locked, and the guest will have theirs to freely enter the building.
