The Villa is in a unique position: with pool and direct private access to the sea.
Completely renovated in 2018, it extends over a property of 1200 square meters on two levels.
The guests have:
- 1 Grand Suite (110 m²) with private Jacuzzi, 30 m² bathroom, massage table and private access to the pool.
- 3 large double rooms.
- 1 romantic double room with private entrance.
All rooms have a king-size bed (200x200), large wardrobe, 52-inch television, minibar and private bathroom with double masonry shower, sheets and accessories service.

The bright and elegant living room of 105 m² has a fully glazed ocean wall and a large 50 m² terrace for dining while watching the sea.
Apart from the sweet sound of the waves, only the beautiful freshwater pool is a totally private and exclusive use of the guests of the villa, an intimate and protected oasis despite being a few steps from the lively atmosphere of "The City".
The outdoor area is equipped with hammocks, towels, gazebo, shower and all amenities.
The staff, consisting of 4 service women Dulce, Suri, Yailet and Dalia, is available to all guests for cleaning, cleaning, laundry and breakfast buffet that will be defined according to the client's preferences.
The Villa is equipped with an external surveillance system with cameras and a guardian and concierge service with 3 caretakers, Alejandro, Raciel and Daniela that cover 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
At the guests' disposal, a customer service manager, Ekaterina Simon Reyes (in Spanish, English, French and Russian), is available from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. at 1:00 p.m. and will always be present at the arrival and departure of the guest.
Guests can rent 8 electric bicycles with pedals (with Cuban guide on request)
