3-room apartment on the second floor of a four-story building, in Pueblo Griffo neighborhood.
Central area, in front of the Armando Mestre primary school. Two blocks from Calle 63, where several bus routes go to the center of the city. Three blocks from the Servicentro. Two blocks from the supermarket.
The apartment has:
- Cast aluminum entrance door, and grating for added security
- Independent and fully lattice balcony
- Three rooms
- Kitchen
- A small service yard
- Bathroom with original tiles since it was built
- Dining room
The entire floor is covered with the original tiles from when the building was built. The total area of the apartment is 68 square meters. It belongs to a reinforced concrete building only 37 years old.
The carpentry is made of wood, and is in very bad condition. It practically needs a major restoration of all the joinery. The rest of the apartment has been certified by the physical planning architect as in good condition.
The bathroom and kitchen are also being repaired, especially the water installation for both. Water arrives by gravity without the need for a water pump, although using a water pump and installing a tank on high ground greatly improves the water supply.
I am interested in swapping for a smaller house in the city of Cienfuegos. I also give a change, if the house they offer me is in good condition and is close to the city center. In particular I am looking for a house in the Reina distribution or in the Historic Center, but I am open to proposals.
