Year of construction: 1950 (Remodeled a year ago, Structure of the apartment repaired and painted, new plumbing throughout the apartment, fully remodeled wooden doors and windows). The building has its own tank for the 4 apartments and our apartment has an additional tank. The building belongs to something of the Historian of Havana, if you look at the building it is painted by those people. On the fronts of the building there are plans to build a new hotel)
