The house is completely empty in Guanabacoa. It is really a very advantageous business for those who are in need of central housing in a cheaper municipality such as peripherals. It is a good, beautiful house, very spacious for 2 because it has 1 room, it is safe, and it is ideal to take what you have and live it now! It has a semi-polished granite floor. The bathroom, kitchen and terrace laundry are all tiled and with their new pieces from very recently, it is painted, there is water all day, there is a dirt patio to hang clothes and receive some fruit, there are iron windows and doors up to the interiors of the house, there are 220 current possibilities, there is a landline telephone, there is a patio to store a car in front. It is a quiet neighborhood. The place is optimal for reaching the expressways (Monumental, 8 lanes, Vía Blanca ...), or for public transport since it is within the first stops.
